"This system also allows for housekeeping to know when you're not there, and they came in daily to take out trash and straighten up our beds and nightstands although I don't think sheets were changed on our 4 night stay that was not a high priority for us."

the front of house staff seemed lovely and very helpful. the baby's cot was set up and ready for use (it was a relief!). the room was spacious and well-placed for accessing the ship and cruise port.

the elevator was quite small, barely fitting the baby's stroller.

easy process quiet environment extra time

i found the check-in process easy, even after arriving past 1 am. the triple room offered a quiet environment which really suited our visit. late check-out provided extra time for our family because we arrived late.

the loose glass surfaces on the table and nightstands required caution.
